Consistantly excellent food.
It's been a long time since I've been to Prince George and one of my memories is the palak paneer. I ordered takeout last night and it was great!
Great service great food!
This is one of the top Indian cuisine restaurants in Prince George. They have delicious curries and breads and the portions are large. The stuffed naans are soft and fresh. The wait time while dining in can seem long especially because everything smells delicious but also because the times we have gone in it doesnt seem like many staff are on duty. The service, while the food is excellent, is not consistent as they do not tend to come back to check on the table. Other than that, and excellent place.
Yassssss enough said here, Giver a try that's all I have to say.
The food is fantastic the staff is prompt and courteous....the whole place smells amazing the second you walk in the door
They use there employee, they don't give pay for the hours they work for them 👎
Great buffet 5pm every day of week ....they have goat curry sometimes!!! Mmmmm this is my usual destination for east Indian food in PG
Loved having the ability to pick my spice level, loved the friendly staff. The delivery was so fast! The food was amazing! Look forward to ordering again.
dana mandi used to be good. Then they got a new cook or something. The price went up, the sauce is watered down, naan bread salty and burnt, and hardly any chicken butter chicken made with tomato soup.Gone down hill. Wont order again. Goodbye dana mandi
Amazing food than all Indian restaurants. Definitely try this restaurant's food👌👌👌
I heard so much about this place from my knowns, but must say i am not satisfied with the taste of food at all. Being a punjabi, i know how punjabi food tastes, it was nowhere near. I tried buffet today and the items in buffet, were stale, dried hard rice, butter chicken didn’t even taste like butter chicken and the rice pudding was completely undone.
This is a very good Indian restaurant has a lunch a diner buffet friendly staff
The staff is nice, the portions are generous and the food is better than most other Indian restaurants. The goat biryani is really good. I love the heat even though I don't generally like too much chilli. Their drink options are limited and the Indian tea is not very strong.
First and foremost, I have been eating here for years and have always loved it. However. Tonight my partner and I ordered our food and requested it be made a little more mild than usual. (As our last order was too spicy as well). We explained this and said a mix between their mild and medium. Oh my goodness. We could hardly eat it. And I have grown up eating curry and spicy Jamaican food. I have always ordered my food medium here. But clearly they have made changes as I couldn't finish my dinner. Which was a shame for $48.00. I recommend mild even for established spicy food fans. We were unfortunately quite disappointed. But as I said. I have almost always had a positive experience.
Poor customer service because i order shahi paneer and i found pieces of coal in it and they didn't listen me. Very poor.
We had a fantastic East Indian buffet lunch after our 3D iTour shoot at Dana Mandi. Parm was a wonderful server who was fast and really attentive. The food was excellent with many choices and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. We discovered that they have a party room that can hold over 50 guests.....and a banquet hall not far away (The Hart Crown Banquet Hall) that can accomodate up to 300 guests. Perfect for every occasion. Can't wait to share the beautiful iTour we produced so folks can see the atmosphere, seatng arrangement and class that this awesome local Prince George restaurant has to offer.
Love the place go there lots great food but a little on the pricey side
I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. We ordered thali everything was tasteless. The worst thing is owner seems very rude to us when one of my friend went for complaining. She doesn't know how to behave with customers. I don't like this restaurant very bad experience strongly denied to everyone.
Butter chicken was not good, it tasted like it was made with Campbell soup and sugar. No heavy cream. You can tell they are being cheap with the ingredients and the vegetables as well.
I don’t eat Indian food often. Their dinner buffet was great! So much flavour. I’m sure it would’ve tasted even better if I hadn’t burned my tongue while drinking tea.
Disgusting taste. Rude staff. Bad smell. Every gravy has same taste.staff did not pay attention on orders well. 0 stars
This Amazing Indian restaurant is a real gem❤️. Loved loved the tasty dishes and homemade samosa. Quality ingredients and family run. It will be my go to when ever I am in PG from now on! Loved it. The people running it are absolutely sweet and full of hospitality and top service! The food was fast and 5 star.
Tasty food than all Indian restaurants. Amazing restaurant for having indian cusine
Better quality food options. Good serving. But open till 10 only.
Friendly (but busy) staff. Excellent food. Large portions. Clean dining area. They also have lunch buffet ($14.99) and dinner buffet ($17.99).
The boy server at danamandi is extremely good . He provides great service and he is extremely handsome aswell
These guys don't know what customer service is. when i asked them about my delivery which i ordered form skip the Customer Service Rep clearly said not to call them and even added we don't work for you. Its skip with whom you have ordered and they will be responsible i won't be responsible for anything. Never order from these guys ever! worst of all in the town !!!!!.
Yesterday we ordered two plate channa samosas but the potatoes doesn't smells nice. It clearly seems that they doesn't delivered fresh food. Try to contact them and said we are able to pickup again. But we live far away from restaurant. Never recommended, can cause illness.
The service was soo good and food as well. There was a guy I don't know his name but he was very nice and great.
Average buffet, chicken in butter chicken are not real chicken, just the industrial pressed stuff. Naan bread was a little bit on the burned side on the underside. Had a bug on a hair in my rice. Nothing to go back for. Sorry.
Poor customer service, they don’t listen you over their bad food quality. Totally waste of money. Never recommend anyone.
Incorrect delivery compared to what was ordered online. Called the business immediately and they declined to remedy the error.
Good food but on skip the dishes they may want to think about a combo option? 12 dollars for butter chicken only, with no rice or naan. makes no sense
Apparently u cant place and order for PICK UP at 9:15pm even they close at 10pm. I wish the management or owner can follow up! Screw this we have many others options!!!
The food was worst. I bought a dish that was not what i expected from this place. Rude staff. Never go there again.
Great Indian food. Spicy samosas especially.
Love their food, this was a go-to for Indian food when I lived in PG - I haven't found similar Indian take out since. Recently ordered it while visiting and not disappointed. They initially forgot to deliver our pakora and brought it back with surprise complimentary gulab jamun.
Great food and reasonably priced.
Delicious Indian food We had the buffet and thoroughly enjoyed the selection of food.. Items were flavourful, fresh and hot. Beer was icy cold served with a frost glass. A great find in PG
Tasty food, fast service. Recommend everyone to go there
Best smorgasbord and authentic food.
Authentic Indian Foods
Think the place is a rip off 14 buck for butter chicken which is more like a chicken soup and it didn't even come with rice
Such good food and generous portions
Great food, decent prices.
Not original indian cuisine though it's ohk
Not once have we ever had a bad meal .The food is always fresh and plentiful and the staff very attentive. Thank you for an exceptionally good experience Everytime.
